The Secretary of State's office is in receipt of the Signature Verification from Washoe County, dated October 23, 2023, noting submission of 1,726 valid signatures in the Recall Petition of Matthew Dent. Pursuant to NRS 293.1278(1), notice is hereby given that the total number of signatures is less than 100 percent of the 1,801 valid signatures needed to declare the petition sufficient.
Pursuant to NRS 293.1276(2), Washoe County is hereby notified that this petition is deemed insufficient, and accordingly no further action may be taken.

Pursuant to NRS 293.1278(1), notice is hereby given that the total number of signatures is less than 100 percent of the 1,801 valid signatures needed to declare the petition sufficient.
Pursuant to NRS 293.1276(2), Washoe County is hereby notified that this petition is deemed insufficient, and accordingly no further action may be taken.
