Civil Rights Restored - Prior Felony Conviction

Know your Rights:

Voting in Nevada with a Felony Conviction

Did you lose your civil rights because of a past felony?  Are you wondering if you're eligible to register? Recent legislative changes provide that any Nevada resident who is convicted of a felony is immediately restored the right to vote upon release from prison.  See the attached flyer for more information.

If you have still have questions (and you most likely will), please don't hesitate to contact Heather at (775) 328-3672.  We'd be happy to help!
